Payment

My Brands Inc. has contracted with Hartz Mountain Corporation to provide online ordering services for the Sample Offer. The products subject to the Sample Offer are offered free of charge except for the Shipping and Handling Costs herein described. Payment for on-line orders may be made by Discover, American Express, MasterCard, or Visa credit or debit cards. Credit card charges will not be incurred until the shipment of the Sample Product. You will see the charge for your order on your credit card statement with the name Hartz UltraGuard-Pro® Sample 800-275-1414. My Brands will be responsible for processing your order through our secure server environment. You will not be charged for the product until it ships from our warehouse.

Payment may not be made by money order or check.

Shipping

Your web order for delivery of the Sample Product to the 50 US states will be sent by United States Post Office only. No tracking information is available for orders via first class mail. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

Returns, Damages, Non-delivery

Please contact The Hartz Mountain Corporation directly at 1-800-275-1414 for returns, damaged items or items not delivered within 7 weeks after your credit card statement shows the charge from Hartz UltraGuard-Pro® Sample 800-275-1414.

Disputed Credit Card Policy

Credit card charges that are disputed through no fault of My Brands will incur a $20 chargeback fee when reprocessing the credit card.
