(You'll use 25% less agave than sugar to achieve the same sweet taste; bakers should also reduce the amount of liquids by 1/3 when adapting recipes from sugar to agave). Raw Agave is processed below 118 degrees F to protect the plant's natural enzymes. The Raw Agave's light molasses or maple flavor enhances your ingredients' flavors.
